As a practising electrician for more than 30 years, I am outraged that my skill and experience is being questioned in yet another load of red tape from Tony Blair and friends.

Yes, I’m referring to Part P and the need to get my competence checked. Quite frankly, I’m just about sick of it and ready to pack it in. It’s just more bureaucracy designed to hamper the small businessman.
