Richard Parker, Product Manager attributed this growth to the ease and reliability with which installers can source quality patio doors locally and quickly at a cost-effective price.
He comments: 'While our main competitors appear to be struggling with three-week delivery times, we have consistently maintained our five-day lead time to the satisfaction of our customers. They recognise the value of locally-based suppliers offering speedy turnaround times, which in turn helps their businesses to thrive.
'With the continuing growth of the conservatory sector, we are seeing spin-offs in terms of increasing demand for space-saving sliding patio doors as dividers between the house and conservatory, particularly with our low-track room divider threshold. And we expect to see this market continue to expand,' continues Richard.
Another area in which PatioMaster is serving is a unique offer to installers wishing to capitalise on the growing and lucrative composite door market.
According to the latest Palmer Research, composite doors will show strongest growth in the home improvement entrance door sector with the market more than tripling in size between 2002 and 2005.
A specialist network of in-line patio and composite door fabricators, PatioMaster simplifies the business of making composite doors, enabling its customers to take advantage of supplying a quality product with short lead times and national supply.
'We foresaw a need for this type of product in what is a very fast-growing market with great business potential,' comments Product Manager, Richard Parker. 'Hence our return to Glassex for the fourth time to show the new range of products, as well as our market-leading patio doors.'
With its national network of specialist fabricators, PatioMaster plans to offer the composite doors locally and with relatively short lead times of just five days in many cases. Since its Glassex debut three years ago, PatioMaster has steadily expanded its national network of fabricators and is looking to grow this even further throughout the UK and Europe.
