Heywood Williams Group has appointed Paul Neilson as Managing Director of HW Plastics. Paul joins from the Kingspan Group, where, as Managing Director of their pollution control business, he led growth across the UK and Europe. Prior to this Paul ran the cellular side of Heywood Williams.

Comments Paul: ‘I have over 10 years experience of HW Plastics' markets, products and customers. I am looking forward to expanding the sales of Elite 70, a product, which has already exceeded our budget expectations for 2004. Elite 63 was launched at the beginning of November this year and the response to date has been very encouraging’.
