NOVAR HAS ADDED PEARL to its brand names.
The deal sees Novar acquire the Pearl Security Group Limited and its two trading subsidiaries, Pearl Fire and Security Limited and Pearl Support Services Limited.

   Novar, which boasts worldwide sales of £1.4 billion, has an Intelligent Building Systems division, under which Pearl will join Trend, MK, Brand-Rex, Ackermann, Gent, Esser, Visioprime, ADE, Bardic and Friedland. The company will continue to be known as Pearl.
