David Kinsella and Michael Yorke have been appointed as PFI project monitors for the City of Stoke-on-Trent's entire stock of 122 schools, the rebuilding of several schools and major repairs to others. The project is the largest education PFI in the UK valued at £153 million. Expenditure in the first 5 years will be £77 million.
Gary Maloney and Russell Noble have joined Unicorn Consultancy Services in business development roles. Maloney has several years experience as a business development manager in facilities management most recently with Amec and Citex. Noble has operations and business development experience in the facilities management sector having worked for Johnson Controls and MacLellan and more recently Shell.
Joy Good has been appointed as a partner at Knight Frank's asset and facilities management department. She has 15-years experience working in fund management previously with Lazard Brothers and NM Rothchild and Sons. Good will specialise in proactive management opportunities for Knight Frank's clients to ensure the fund maximises its potential and that a dynamic approach is taken to provide above average performance.
Jane Hollingworth and Richard Rice have been appointed to the asset management business space team at Pheonix Beard. Also, Sally Frosdick has been appointed to the building consultancy team at the firm's London office. Hollingworth joins as senior surveyor following two years with Drivers Jonas, while surveyor Rice joins from Richard Brudenell. Frosdick joins as surveyor from Baily Garner.
Richard Dyson has joined Eurica Management as Associate Director. He will play a key role in the continuing development of the company's healthcare facilities management and consultancy services. Dyson was formerly with Sodexho's PFI division for six years.
