Philips, with consulting engineer Blyth & Blyth and Make Architects, has designed a bespoke lighting and integrated control system at 55 Baker Street, London.

Due to the site’s low ceilings, the team chose a Multi-Service Chilled Beam system that includes the lighting. The job is said to be the largest Lon Dali control project to date.
