The inuagural meeting of the Publicity in Glazing Society (P.I.G.S) was held in Covent Garden, London last month and was rated as a great success by those who came. Open to all those with a connection to media, marketing or PR in the glass and window industry, around 60 people attended the first event for an evening of informal networking and conviviality. The next event is at the same venue (Slug & Lettuce, Upper St Martins Lane, London WC1), from 6pm on Thursday July 8th. All are welcome and the bar will once again be subsidised by some of the glass journals.
