The weather may not have been kind to the event, but this year's Truckfest at Haydock Park – part of the UK's ultimate truck touring event – was the perfect opportunity for Pilkington to show exactly what conditions its Pilkington Activ self-cleaning glass was made for. Attending the event for the third year running, Pilkington Activ – represented by a special 40 tonne Pilkington Float Liner vehicle – considered the weekend to be its best appearance yet, with literally thousands of visitors crowding the vehicle despite the rain, including some famous faces.
