A detailed planning application has been submitted for this, the first phase of regeneration for the Crossways estate in Bow, east London.

The project has been designed by PRP Architects and project managed by Bucknall Austin for Swan Housing Association.

The first phase of the project, which will include 104 affordable homes, should be completed early next year.
