The in-house security team at Hamleys, the renowned children's toy store in London's Regent Street, has chosen Checkpoint Meto to help out with a security upgrade at the store.
With hundreds of people passing through the doors each day, and retail theft figures continuing to rise, Hamleys asked Checkpoint to devise a profit protection strategy to safeguard key items of merchandise on the shop floors.
In response, Checkpoint has designed and installed five state-of-the-art Pulse Listening Strata MX antenna across the shop's main entrance. These operate with the complete range of Checkpoint Meto's reusable tags and labels.
The integration of a protective device 'invisibly' into a product or its packaging is the most cost-effective and efficient means of leaving thieves unsure of what is and what isn't tagged in a store.
