This scheme is at the heart of plans to regenerate Devonport, a district near Plymouth’s dockyard. The £7m Cannon Cornwall Street project includes 46 rented and 18 shared-ownership units for Devon & Cornwall Housing Association. Funded by the South-west regional development agency, the Housing Corporation and Plymouth council, the development’s first tenants are moving in.
