This 45-apartment extra care facility in Kettlethorpe, in Wakefield in West Yorkshire, is part of a new development that also features 55 affordable houses. Smith Smalley Architects designed the project and was appointed by Yorkshire Housing, which is developing the scheme in partnership with Wakefield council. The development is awaiting planning permission and developers are yet to be appointed.
