Lovell Partnerships was named “affordable housing provider of the year” in the Building Homes Quality Awards this week.

Judges praised the firm behind the St Mary’s Village mixed-tenure scheme in Hackney in east London (pictured) for its “lateral thinking” and the virtual reality toolkit it developed to show residents how finished schemes would look.

Stamford Homes won the award for “best change strategy”, sponsored by Housing Today.
