RABBIT REDUX: This converted Victorian pub on Rabbits Road in Newham, east London, includes 21 affordable homes in a mixture of one- and two-bedroom flats within the original building and three-bedroom homes for shared ownership at the rear of the site. It was designed by architect Stock Woolstencroft on behalf of Toynbee Housing Association and developer Galliford Hodgson.
