I applaud Richard Kemp’s column on creating good neighbourhoods (5 November, page 18). I agree 100% with what he said.

If we want good communities, we have to work towards making that happen and house people strategically. This is not difficult: it is just a matter of implementing what people want and being a bit more creative.

We should act on Kemp’s suggestions quickly – before we reach the point of no return.
