Consultant Ridge has acted as a project monitor on a £26m new hotel in Bulgaria, for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, which financed the building.

The Kempinski Grand Hermitage Hotel overlooks the Black Sea and is just north of the city of Varna.

The 30,000m2 building has 726 room and suites, a spa and conference rooms for 300 guests. The hotel is the third of the Kempinski chain in Bulgaria.
