Roofwright has developed a business information package especially for the conservatory business.

Roofwright Enterprise is easy to use and allows you to keep track of all contact details, correspondence and documentation, concerning a contract or job.

Everyone, from the sales force to the warehouse staff can access and edit the records.

Roofwright says its new v6 product (see picture) is different from most other software packages as it sits on a CAD platform and is ‘sound’ in engineering terms. The sales package integrates with pricing and fabrication so it offers real benefits in integrated ordering and factory administration.

‘My sales quotes include a photo-realistic view of the proposed conservatory and I can create virtually any design using Roofwright and superimpose it onto the customer’s house’ says Loughborough based Jade Construction’s Andrew Seller.

‘As well as designing bespoke conservatories, Roofwright can create a digital house behind the conservatory which I can include in sales quotations if I haven’t got a suitable photo image’ he adds.

Even awkward shaped designs with chimney breasts or cutaways to go round corners can be illustrated and drawn with confidence using Roofwright v6 with its ‘intelligent’ Bespoke Editor.

RTE’s Wesley Avery finds this feature especially useful, ‘Because our version of Roofwright incorporates Eurocell settings, the software will automatically give me a stress load warning if my proposed design falls outside safe load bearing guidelines specified by Eurocell and it also suggests alternatives such as stronger rafter, hip bar section, tie-bar or an alternative design.’

Roofwright will produce all the drawings you need to order the roof, windows and doors and to support a planning application so a competent sales person can close the sale and collect almost all the data you need to get the job started.
