Southampton football fans have now put the Dell firmly behind them and settled into the club's new 32 000-seat stadium.
With a desire to exploit the opportunities of modern IT systems, local electrical contractor J Brand was awarded the task of independent IT consultant. The idea was to link the maximum amount of the stadium's IT systems into a structured cabling network enabling uniformity of cabling and easier management. Preferred supplier Scalable Networks tuned the infrastructure to suit the club.

Emergi-Lite Express emergency lighting has been installed, chosen for functionality and to suit the ground's modern aesthetics.
