SALES PITCH: This development of 201 homes next to Arsenal football club's new stadium is one of the projects set to benefit from a fresh wave of Housing Corporation investment. In all, the corporation will spend £581m over the next year to provide over 10,000 affordable homes, including 3400 homes from the government's Challenge Fund. The corporation was able to make its money go further as it cut back on the number of schemes in which it funded homes built as part of planning gain agreements with developers.
