Tower, a brand of Schneider Electric, has introduced the MagnaMole magnetic cable guide

The product will save contractors time and money by helping them to quickly and safely thread cables through cavity walls and void spaces.

After a hole has been drilled in the wall, MagnaMole is inserted through the cavity to the opposite side. The cable sheath or stripped inner cores are then screwed into a magnetic cap. MagnaMole guides the cable through the cavity.

MagnaMole is particularly good for wet or dimly lit areas.
