rchitect Falconer Chester is working with Wirral borough council on the master planning of the regeneration of New Brighton seafront, Wirral. It aims to inject life back into a once-thriving seaside resort.

The project is expected to include a significant amount of social housing.The scheme is at the pre-planning stage, which will see a remodelling exercise of the promenade.

Neptune Developments is Wirral council’s preferred developer and has been charged with redeveloping the 60 acres surrounding the site.
