Bill Heath, one of the founder members of facilities management firm Sulzer Infra CBX, has joined rival facilities firm Stiell, as a director based in the firm's Welwyn Garden City office.
Stiell, with its roots in Scotland, is expanding throughout the UK. Its 150 employees in the south east of England now drive 30% of the firm's business.
Recent buys include Alba, a small strategic property consultancy. Major clients include Abbey National. Earlier this year Stiell, which already handled facilities management for Abbey's properties in the North of England, picked up Abbey's management in the southeast as well. Other clients include Goldman Sachs, Bank of Scotland and JP Morgan — and more recently the Royal Bank of Scotland.
