Senior Hargreaves to install Liverpool Hilton's HVAC

Senior Hargreaves is to supply and install the HVAC ductwork for the Liverpool Hilton, due to open next summer.

The ductwork is to be installed during a 43 week fit-out phase. Keir Build is responsible for the design, construction and management of the services fit-out with Kier’s in-house M&E department.

The HVAC was designed with energy conservation as a key priority, with heat recovery used on the exhaust systems and rates of ventilation closely related to occupancy, all under the control of the building management system (BMS).

The hotel forms the final phase of the £920m, 42 acre Liverpool One development, and the contract also includes ventilation for 47 luxury apartments within the same building.
