Sense lands QS deal for £160m Minerva commercial development scheme

Sense, the QS division of construction group Mace, has been appointed to undertake a feasibility study for a £160m commercial office development in Algate.

St Botolph’s House, a 735,000 sq ft development for Minerva, will comprise of two basement levels, a ground floor and 13 upper levels including two trading floors.

The design team is lead by Grimshaw Architects with Arup appointed as structural engineer and Roger Preston & Partner as service engineer.

Construction is expected to start in March 2007, with completion anticipated to be around 2010.
