Your article on the restoration work at St Paul’s Cathedral (‘Recovering lost features’, CM, February 2004 ) was interesting, but it misrepresented the strong bond that exists within the team. This intriguing and complex project could only be progressing so successfully if all parties involved were working closely together with a single objective.

We’re very disappointed that such a reputable publication as Construction Manager should choose to take a sensationalist slant, and we wish to publicly distance ourselves from the angle taken by the magazine.
