Security staff and customer relations personnel at The Regent Arcade Shopping Centre in Cheltenham, the Howard Centre in Slough and the White Rose Shopping Centre in Dewsbury have completed a five-week pilot phase of testing out the British Council of Shopping Centres' (BCSC) latest training guide.
The draft guide, currently being refined following an intensive consultation exercise with shopping centre managers and owners last year, has been drafted by retail management consultant Brainbox.

Due for publication later this year, the pack will be supplied in three easy-to-use sections designed to address training needs at all levels of career development.
