Louise Lowe, operations manager at SITO, has won the Manager of the Year Award from Hereford Group Training Association (HGTA) for the aptitude and dedication she displayed while working towards an NVQ Level 5 qualification in Operational Management.

Louise had a company objective to ensure the training team achieved Training and Develop-ment Lead Body level 4 qualifications and decided to lead by example by doing Management NVQ5. She also re-wrote the quality system ahead of new ISO standards coming into effect, and produced her NVQ level 5 portfolio while pregnant with her second child.

SITO General Manager Stefan Hay said: "Louise deserves this award for the sheer amount of effort she puts into her job."
