Building services consultant Silcock Dawson & Partners has won the contract for m&e work on part of the regeneration of the area of London's King's Cross to be known as Regent Quarter.
Silcock Dawson will design and commission m&e and building services for Block B of the four-block scheme, comprising 15000 m2 of mixed office, retail, residential and restaurant space, due for completion in Spring 2004.

Situated within a major transport hub, consisting of King's Cross and St Pancras stations, Regent Quarter aims to become a major regeneration site in the capital. Client P&O Developments is spending £100 million on the development. The total area created will be 58 500 m2 of new and refurbished office, leisure and housing space.
