As a quantity surveyor from the only registered social landlord with in-house consultants using Fusion 21 I am shocked by the proposed adoption by Buy 4 London of a Fusion 21-based procurement model (4 February, page 14).

Some items cost two to five times as much – not 45% less.

No one listens to the footsoldiers, only the spin from those selling the process – none of whom are building professionals or indeed have any building knowledge.

We are a voice in the wilderness.
