Sony Europe's Image Sensing Solutions division has teamed up with Videotec to integrate Sony camera modules into new CCTV security end user solutions.

The objective is to provide customers with high quality, fully integrated surveillance units that combine a high performance pan and tilt head, camera housing, and telemetry receiver from Videotec, with high-end block cameras from Sony.

Sony ISS divisional director Pascal Wojciechowski said: “Videotec has a strong history and experience in the CCTV and camera housing business, and we look forward to seeing our cameras used within the safety of these 'ruggedised' products.”
