BSRIA offers a range of testing services to the building services industry, including airtightness testing, thermal imaging and roof inspection services. During 2002, BSRIA invested £400 000 in test equipment to meet new market demands for airtightness testing following its inclusion in the Building Regulations. The company now has a fleet of five test rigs operating throughout UK and Ireland. Customer surveys using KPIs have score an average 4·2/5.

Jet Environmental Techniques
Jet is a specialist provider of tailored hvac solutions for large volume buildings. Under new management since April 2000, a growth orientated business plan, recruitment of quality staff and r&d investment has more than doubled turnover for 2002 (£1.4 million) and positioned Jet as a streamlined business with net margins exceeding 10% (£147 000 in 2002).

Pearl is a specialist contractor working in the fire and security sectors. The company prides itself on customer satisfaction and follows BSRIA's set of KPIs for benchmarking performance. The company is working towards accreditation as an Investor in People.
