Strategic Team Mechanical and Electrical, part of the Strategic Team Group has teamed up with Mowlem Rattee & Kett to refurbish four Georgian dwellings in Norwich.

The £340 000 contract will see the team upgrade the five-storey, city centre, Georgian dwellings into 24 flats. It is expected to take six months to complete.

As principal contractor, Mowlem Rattee & Kett will be involved with constructing extensions to the rear of the buildings, fitting skylights and all main building works.

Working alongside the contractor, Strategic M&E will be responsible for the design and build of the m&e servies within the buildings, including small power, lighting, mains distribution, fire and smoke alarm fittings and lift installations. The firm won the contract for the work in a competitive tender.
