Regeneration company SeaSpace, which was created by agencies including the South-east England Development Agency and English Partnerships, has almost completed this university building in Hastings.

It is working with Rummey Design Associates and masterplanners on a redesign of the town centre. SeaSpace, which has £60m in government funding and hopes to get a further £400m over 10 years in private sector investment, is building 920 homes across three millennium community sites in Sussex.
