Sunny and share: London & Quadrant Housing Trust and Tower Homes are creating some of the first shared-equity homes in London. They have obtained planning permission to regenerate the Sundermead estate in Lewisham, south-east London,with architect BPTW. The plans include more than 200 homes including special needs facilities, a new park, community centre and leisure facilities.
