Syncro is a new £100 million building services business created by The Co-operative Group.
The Co-op has brought together three of the group's trading arms in engineering services, retail equipment supply and energy management under the Syncro business.
Syncro combines CWS Engineering Services, CWS Scales and CWS Energy and Transport and is headed up by Trevor Webb, formerly head of the engineering services business.
Syncro employs 600 staff from a Manchester hq.
