T&S Group receives new investment

T&S Group - the Nottinghamshire business which features an expanding electrical contracting division - has received new investment and additional management expertise.

Stephen Ross joins the T&S Group board and at the same time has invested more than £1m into the business, which includes mechanical and electrical contracting, security engineering, windows and furniture divisions in its portfolio.

Ross’ main business interest is in Falk & Ross Group, a German-based clothing and fashion business, but other investments cover real estate, textiles, assisted living, wholesale and finance.

Commenting on joining the T&S Group board, Stephen Ross said: “T&S offered a rare investment opportunity in an otherwise bleak world market. It is a young company which boasts strong management and great commitment and has successfully expanded into new niche areas.

"I am now looking forward to working in the T&S team, playing a part in strategic planning and working on new financial planning and reporting procedures.”
