Thames Valley Housing has transferred its high-dependency supported housing to three specialist associations in a move believed to be the first of its kind.

The transfer involves 150 units across seven local authority areas in Surrey, Hampshire and London. They are being transferred to Central and Cecil Housing Trust, Stonham Housing Association and Surrey Community Development Trust.

Thames Valley will continue to develop and manage supported housing for tenants with lower levels of care requirements.
