The modernist architectural icon in Bexhill on sea will reopen to the public this month.

Originally opened in 1935, the Pavilion has undergone a major refurbishment, including the full restoration of the building’s fabric, a major new gallery space with study rooms and a revamped restaurant and café.

Rybka Battle was M&E consultant on the scheme, which included the creation of a close-controlled exhibition space on the ground floor.
