A £130m project to build 594 homes in Dublin has been announced by developer Durkan Group. The public-private partnership deal comprises 122 homes for rent from South Dublin County Council, 149 homes for rent from Circle Voluntary Housing Assocation, the Irish arm of London-based Circle 33 Housing Group, 120 shared-ownership homes and 203 homes for sale. The scheme will also include a large eco-home that will be donated to the Christine Noble Foundation, a charity that works with young homeless people.
