Quality Manager Tony Williams is responsible for the company’s training programme, and believes that quality can only be enhanced through working in a systematic manner to formalised procedures.

For five employees who were recently presented with their NVQ Level 2 certificates in the Production of Glass Supporting Fabrications, the reward is not simply receiving a nationally recognised qualification, but a sense of pride in their own achievements.

Amongst the successful candidates was 20 year old Claire Fear. Now working her way through a further three skill units, Claire hopes to become the first woman in Wales to achieve a full national traineeship in this particular field of study.
