Tight rein on range

The new building, designed by Terence O’ Rourke, is an extension to the force’s headquarters at Winfrith. Work involved linking the two-storey extension to the side of an existing firing range building and minor alterations to the main building to provide secure access. “The extremely constrained site with limited access presented a real challenge”, said a member of the project team.
