The construction industry has been attacked for failing to deliver energy efficient buildings.
The DETR-backed Building Research Energy Conservation Support Unit (BRECSU) has criticised industry for not signing up to a government initiative aimed at cutting energy consumption in buildings by 50%.
BRECSU is running seminars, which include fact sheets on energy efficient solutions and details on the forthcoming Climate Change Levy and enhanced capital allowances.
