Euro Sealed Glass Units Ltd is a leading independent sealed unit manufacturer based in Middlesex, is setting new standards in the architectural and domestic market after making a substantial investment in Bystronic Glass equipment.
The progressive £1/2 million Bystronic installation at the company has already increased output and enabled the company to further diversify its product range. The new IG line with robotic sealing enables Euro Sealed Glass Units to produce larger sized sealed units for curtain walling and for larger conservatory roof projects.
Key benefits of the Bystronic equipment allows the company to produce units weighing up to one tonne, and in many various shapes and sizes.
The fully automatic IG production line with a capacity for units up to 2.7 x 4.2 metres was tailored especially by Bystronic Glass to cope with the production of larger units needed for the commercial market.
