Mark Openshaw, a former training manager at the Royal Naval Regulating School has joined Video Controls Ltd as training manager.
Mark has already recruited Darren Cunliffe as product trainer to carry forward training for customers. He has also established key skills within VCL, and developed links with local colleges for the provision of NVQs within the company.
