Midlands-based trade frame supplier Trinity Direct is looking to expand its trade frame supply business.
Based in 14,000 sq ft premises in Wolverhampton at the heart of the West Midlands, the company uses the KS Fortuna profile from KS Profiles and is expanding its trade customer base throughout the area offering a five-day turnaround from order acknowledgement.

Founded 20 years ago by Dario De Rosa, the company is planning investment in new plant and machinery throughout 2004 to further improve its window, doors and conservatory service to customers.

Ease of fabrication and installation is central to Trinity Direct’s operation and the 70mm pre-gasketted system is widely acknowledged as being fabricator and fitter-friendly.

Simeon Greenway manages trade sales at the firm’s Ettingshall Road base where sealed units are also manufactured. Decorative glass is a speciality and coloured lights, bevels and Austrian gold bar designs are available, as well as bespoke designs.

Trinity, along with its sister retail company De Rosa Glass (Midlands) Ltd, employs 70 staff in total and switched to the internally glazed KS Profiles system two years ago. Says Dario: ‘The KS Fortuna 70mm suite from KS Profiles looks good as well as being easy to fabricate and fit. Technical support has been excellent and using the pre-gasketted system saves us around 20% in labour time.

‘Our location in the middle of the West Midlands means that we can respond efficiently to trade customers with a regular local delivery service.’

Trinity Direct now offers a new decorative suite, including a sculptured sash, giving greater versatility and choice in frame design, and opportunities in more market sectors.

As a growing systems company, KS Profiles is increasing its fabricator base throughout the UK by offering specific technical back-up and marketing support tailored to individual companies.
