Further to events at the Aintree based James Price Group, a new dedicated company has been formed as Tuffx Limited to concentrate on the glass processing business.

Tuffx single toughened and dual sealed units Kitemarked BS5713, in both hard and soft coat glasses, a wide range of other glass types including solar controlled, Pilkington K, Planitherm Total low E, tinted, patterned and clear glass will continue to be produced at the Aintree factory. The new generation Cervoglass range of conservatory roof glass is also growing in popularity.

A new management board has been created under the chairmanship of Managing Director Graham Price. Peter Mason has been appointed Commercial Director and John Tierney Operations Director.
