Total Workplace Management 2006 is moving to Olympia, London, in October next year.
Organisers CMPi say the exhibition will "address the complete life cycle of a building – from conception and planning to maintenance, from restoration and refurbishment to decommissioning".
Event director Chris Fountain said: "With the co-location of TWM with M&E, the building services event, Sustainable Energy & Energy Efficiency Expo, and Context, the office interiors event, the exhibition has outgrown its home at Earls Court 2.
"Our strategic aim with Total Workplace management has been to build an event that is big enough to represent all key areas that impact on the working environment, giving visitors the widest possible access to products and services that are relevant to them. The move to Olympia is necessary for us to achieve this."
The four co-located events will now occupy approximately twice the floor space of TWM and Context, and will take place in the Grand Hall, the National Hall and the West Hall of Olympia on 10-11 October 2006.
"The addition of SEEEE, which attracted 3,500 visitors in 2004, and M&E, which debuted in November at Earls Court 2, will bring new audiences to TWM interested in all aspects of workplace management, which can only be a benefit to exhibitors," Fountain said.
CMPi is currently researching visitor and exhibitor reactions to TWM 2005 in order tounderstand how the market perceived the show, and what areas need to be addressed for 2006. Audited attendance figures will be published as soon as they are available.
