New World Developments has won another two regional awards; one for business innovation and the other for marketing, from Ballymena Borough Council.
Judges were particularly impressed with the launch of Apeer in 2004. Backed by three years of innovative research and development, and £3m investment, the company’s marketing tactics brought the benefits of Apeer to the attention of fabricators through exhibitions, brochures and the media.
For the launch, New World was supported by Triplicate, the Belfast and London-based design company. New World has previously won a regional award from the DTI for its IT initiatives, and was short-listed by the Charted Institute of Marketing, particularly for PanelSpec, the company’s online ordering programme. New World also recently launched Monno, a complementary, single rebate doorset. Apeer is an approved product of the NIHE and several other UK councils.
