In an example of UK design and construction expertise travelling east, architect PCKO has designed the Loncin Petal Valley holiday village in Chongqing Province, China

Masterplanned over 100 hectares, the scheme includes apartments, villas and resort hotels.

The first phase is already under construction and the spa hotel will be on site later this year.
