The multimillion-pound redevelopment of Royal Arsenal in Woolwich, south-east London, has gained planning consent for its next phase.
The mixed-tenure development will include more than 1000 units of affordable or key-worker housing.
Along with the homes, the project proposes a children’s nursery, health facilities and enhanced open spaces, as well as a 10-screen cinema, hotels, bars and restaurants.
The developer is Berkeley Homes.
